I have the same issue as so many others - outgoing email is blocked:
I contacted support I think several days ago and the issue hasn't been resolved. I instead got a cryptic auto-generated email telling me that email forwarding has been turned off. I didn't have forwarding turned on, and the account listed was for a totally different account (it was a different mail domain).
I checked in Control Panel anyway but sure enough the block is still in place. As mentioned in the email to support I've checked Sent Items and I average less than 25 emails per day sent from that account, and a total of maybe a few megabytes. None of the emails sent looked anything like spam. Please fix this issue as soon as possible Zoho. I love the fact that you offer a free service but problems like this make it very difficult to recommend the product to others. Email needs to be reliable.
