A user under my domain criacao@ iberika(dot)com(dot)br tried to send an email to our clients and his account got the "  Outgoing enabled" option  disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so.

How do I enable this user to send mails again?
