Outgoing disabled

Hi,
it's been more than 4 hours I'm stuck with my account blocked from sending mail for an unknown reason and without any advice despite the requests made through your help pages, is there any hope I will be able to use it in the near future?

Since I see I'm not the only one and others had to wait 55 hours please let me also know how to avoid this, and especially if there are other things I should consider regarding your service and what is allowed
