My employer and I both logged into the control panel while discussing how best to reduce his in box (84% full) so as to keep his inbox from being blocked when full. This has caused his outgoing mail to be blocked due to irregular activity. I tried email 4 hours ago and support ticket 2 hours ago and heard nothing at all. I need mike at mwelectrical dot co dot nz back up and running asap.
The unblock feature is not available for my account and it's set to infinite.
Any help would be appreciated
