Outgoing email blocked

Good morning. My son's email account, info@hillbillyhogs.org, was blocked for outgoing mail after it was hacked in November. He contacted customer service about this, and has followed all the steps given to him, including setting up two-party authorization, antivirus inspection, etc. As of this morning, he has not received any replies from you regarding unblocking his outgoing email. i don't know if his emails are going to your customer service spam folder (he's having to use a yahoo email account right now). Can you look into this issue and follow up with him? The email he is currently using is collinlevine@yahoo.com but his zoho email is info@hillbillyhogs.org. Thank you for your help.
