Outgoing email blocked

Hi,

My outgoing email has been blocked on these accounts
orcamentos@cavaleiro-lda.com and luis.santos@cavaleiro-lda.com
I get the error 554 5.1.8
Already contacted support via email last week, but it's running VERY slow, witch is causing serious problems to my company!
Here's what I replied when they requested info about the mails being sent

This was two days ago and I haven't been contacted since. This is becoming a CRITYCAL problem to us.
