Outgoing email duplicated and not received at the other end since September 5th

Outgoing email duplicated and not received at the other end since September 5th

As per topic title, all outgoing emails are duplicated and they are not received at the other end since September 5th.
No hint of any error apart from the weirdness of having multiple emails in the sent folder when actually there should be one only.
