It appears I am not the only one with this problem.
I have been able to unblock my email. (It's in the Control Panel section then go to Accounts). This option is only available to paid subscriptions. Your Helpdesk is indeed very slow. I received my response way too late.
Clearly your system should warn a user rather than just blocking. If you have rules, implement them so they are user friendly and we can learn from mistakes.
Blocking a user is a radical method and not customer oriented.
