Hi there, my outgoing emails are blocked. can you please advice which part of zoho's email usage policy I have actually infringed?
I've tried using the troubleshooting tool in control panel to unlock it, but it says to contact support. I've emailed support on Friday (for an account), and earlier today (for another account), but I have not heard back yet.
Before I go on to subscribing to a paid service from you guys, I need to understand usage conditions under the free service first.
