Outgoing email issue - certificate problem

I've got a problem with my email from my phone. It's a Nokia Lumia 635 running Win 8.1 (9.1.14219.341 to be precise). I now get a message saying I've got a problem with my certificate smpt.zoho.com:465 and the error code is 80072F89. I

've searched the forums and this question is either not answered or it says to reset the phone - it's a work phone and that isn't really an option. I've also got a load of mails that are in the outbox that I've thought I'd sent over the past few weeks. So i'd like advice on how to either:

  • Move the mails from that outbox to another mail account that is working on the phone so I can send them
  • Save the mails so I can trash the mailbox and try putting it back on again
  • Remove the certificate and download it again
  • fix the existing certificate

I'm afraid I'll need step by step instructions if anybody has any.
