A client of us has problems sending email from their local machines. They get the following message:

Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit [Total Mail Size=307,200]

One of the employees reported this message wasn't accurate because she had sent three (small) emails this day.
