Outgoing Email trouble with Thunderbird

I have a new email and the company is using Zoho mail as the server. I have several business emails that I have to manage and monitor for multiple clients.

I cannot get the mail to work on Thunderbird Windows 7. All the setting look right and it will accept mail but I cannot send it - the connection times out.

I tried using Windows Live just by chance and I getting the same results. They checked things on their end and it looks OK.

What could I be missing? I have several other IMAP emails running with no problem.
