Our company have a paid account and we are experiencing several problems with our email accounts, and at this point we have several accounts blocked.
The problem was reported last day 2 of June 2016 but the accounts still blocked even after several emails change and phone calls. The last email from zoho was sent from 2016-06-06 but the outgoing server still blocked.
This is unacceptable, both the blocked service and the lack of news from zoho mail. Since we have a paid account we excepted better support.
I except an immediate solution or we will not be able to rely on your services.
