Outgoing g mail blocked

I have 2 problems 1- my outgoing g mail is blocked and I need this cleared as quickly as possible. The reason it is blocked is that I am trying to set zoho mail up only new mac book air. It would receive mail but not send. I have read all forums and updated settings. I think it is now trying to resend all mails from Y sent box hence above issue.
