My account (which is the super admin for our email hosting with Zoho Mail) has suddenly become inaccessible from Outlook. Upon further checking the webmail interface, I now realize this user account
hp@garudacap.com was disabled for incoming and outgoing mails, for unknown reason.
Other email accounts under the same domain seem to work fine.
Clicking the red area for disabled function (when trying to re-enable them), got the following error message "
Operation permitted for paid user(s) only."
This is weird. Please help with this issue soonest possible. Thanks!
