Outgoing Mail Blocked

Hi -

Can you please unblock my outgoing mail? I was attempting to let my contacts know I have changed over from Yahoo to Zoho and didn't realize there was a recipient and a bounce limit. I have contacted everyone I need to but I also need to be able to send emails as I use this account for work. Thank you very much!
