My email address has outgoing blocked by Zoho due to exceeding the daily number of recipients in an email. I manually unblocked my account yesterday, but I forgot to remove the problematic email from the queue. So, when the email went through again, my account got blocked again.
I am unable to unblock it anymore as I get a message saying I've exceeded the maximum number of unblocks in a 24 hour period. Will someone be able to assist me in this matter urgently as all my company emails have been blocked. I have also upgraded my Zoho mail plan to accommodate more recipients as well as configured my mail client to ensure that the number of recipients is capped so that there isn't any issue in the future.
