One of our email id blocked for sending emails (outgoing)

"Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked"

Outgoing Blocked Email-ID:   raymond@flipupmedia.com 

Let me know how to enable it and avoid this kind of situation.
