Hi, I.ve got 554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked error
on
info@traektoria.ru and
tasks@traektoria.ru mailboxes
I've got "Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact
support@zohomail.com" when I try to enable outgoing messaging at control panel.
I sent a message from
admin@traektoria.ru to
support@zohomail.com on 5 august 2017 11:43 GMT+3 and second one 7 august 2017 12:49 GMT+3 but still got no reaction.
We need mailboxes to be unblocked
The other problem is that we have up to 10 users working on one IMAP account
info@traektoria.ru and they get "IMAP temporary blocked due to to many connections" error frequently.
