I think it is also really necessary to increase the Bounce-Limit from 10 a day to at least 100 per day.
In particular if you have business to do during the holidays-season you get so many out-of-office replies, which do not even mean that people do not read mails.
Many people just use these auto-replies to inform email-senders, that there will be not immediate reply.
I guess this also would reduce much work in your services team. And to prevent "real spammers" a limit of 100 bounces is just as useful as a limit of 10 bounces.
And this could also really easily improve your consumer reviews, like here:
