Outgoing mail disabled

Hello Zoho team,

One of our staff accidentally got the outgoing mail blocked yesterday.
We have tried to unblock from troubleshooting but was not successful.
Can you help unblock kerry<at>tripconnoisseurs<dot>com ?
Sent an email to support but haven't heard back.
We have advised not to send out mass email (there was 25 invitations going out yesterday).
