Outgoing mail disabled

Hello,
one of our users wanted to send propagation e-mail to users, her e-mail address is zuzka@mintmarket.cz.

Could you please tell me, what went wrong so I can instruct user for not happening that again in the future?
She was not using webmail, but sending e-mails through your SMTP server.
