Outgoing mail policy for Free and Paid plan

Hi,

I am using zoho mail free plan and considering to upgrade to paid plan.

Could you provide the following outgoing mail policy information for me?(include free and paid plan.) 

or which page I can find these?


Every User (using web & SMTP) Free Plan Paid Plan
Mail/ day 

Recipient/ mail

File size/mail (using web & SMTP)

Total mail size/day


Beside every individual user's quota, is there any limit in total?
