Outgoing Mail was blocked. I have unblocked it but still can't send out emails from my outlook tool on PC. Outgoing emails sent from Zoho webmail have no problems please help.

Kindly help me out with this strange problem. I tried using a mail merge option a few days back from my outlook configured to my Zoho account. A few minutes in I figured out that my zoho account got blocked. 

As a next step I logged on to my webmail and unblocked my zoho account. Since then, I am not even able to send out even a single email from my outlook tool. 

I have already reconfigured my zoho account multiple times but the same issue. 

Any emails sent out from my webmail zoho account are facing no issues. 

Please help.
