Hi, I´m writing to you because Outgoing Mails are blocked in some of my accounts and I don´t know why. The accounts in question are used to communicate with clients, WE DO NOT SEND SPAM (As one of yours accused us to do in a prior email conversation).
I can see only one email bounced in each account, I think that is not enough to block them, something else must be going on.
I´recommend Zoho Mails to all my clients and never had an issue. magri.biz is one of my most important clients and I would really like to resolve this.
Please help me find the reason why this is happening.
