Dear sir,
Outgoing mail has been blocked on my account since 15-May and issue not resolved till now.
I received a mail from
support@zohomail.com (Interaction reference - ## 16302601 ##) which we replied to promptly but still no resolution.
Please note that this is causing as business loss as we are unable to reach our business partners using the right channel.
Request immediate resolution.
