Outgoing messages are not going
Good day.
One of our mailboxes ( angela @ mint . ae ) reached size limit of 5 Gb and stopped sending emails. We performed mailbox cleanup, (currently only 53% space used) but outgoing emails are still not working.
May I ask support to check whether this mailbox was blocked and unblock it if it was blocked.
In case it was not blocked please advice best course of action.
