Outgoing Smtp problems

I have several emails for our company, LaCasa+Gourmet all using zoho as the server. I don't have any problems with any account, except for fjimenez@lacasamasgourmet.com. When I access to my account on Safari I get my mail, and I can also send it, but on my Mail app on my Mac i can't get to send it, I have tried it over and over and still don't know what it is that we are doing wrong.
