I have had a issue with emails not coming through on outlook 2007 and sending. Some times they do come in and sometimes they don't.

Sending reported error 0x800CCC0F The message cannot be saved to your IMAP email account sent items folder because outlook is offline or the email server doesn't allow items to be saved to the sent items folder

Synchronizing subscribed folders for email reported error 0x800CCC0E outllok cannot synchronize subscribed folders for email error cannot connect to server.
