Outlook

I have sent a couple of requests in regarding emails. I know that you can send mass emails and the system will track it.

I need to be able to send emails to individual contacts and leads. I see you have an Outlook integration. I went through the steps in the help section but I am unalbe to click on the Outlook item under set up.

Also - does the Outloo feature cost extra?

I need a response ASAP as I need to select my CRM system today.
