Outlook 2007 Plugin NOT automatically snycing calendar to Zoho CRM

Outlook 2007 Plugin NOT automatically snycing calendar to Zoho CRM

I have no problem syncing from Zoho CRM to my outlook calendar but any changes made in Outlook are not moving over to my calendar in Zoho CRM. Any other settings I need to be aware of, other than checking off "automatically sync" in the settings tab?
