Outlook 2011 for MAC with Zoho Calendar

Outlook 2011 for MAC with Zoho Calendar

Hi.

I just received my new work setup and it has an MBP with OS X Yosemite and an iPhone 6. 


Outlook 2011 for Mac - Working Ok.
Mail Client on iPhone - Zoho App working
Calendar not working on either yet

Can someone direct me to how I get the Calendar working in Outlook and also on my iPhone?
