Outlook 2013 and "Verify your network connection or modem" impossible to solve
Hello, I manage several zoho mail accounts for some customers, and I use Outlook 2013.
With this account, and only with this, I keep getting the same old error message:
Task '
alessandro@xxxxx.it - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem.'
I already tried to delete outlook account and build it, but everytime I still get that error message. Other accounts have had the same problem after upgrading to Windows 10, but that one still has the problem.
From webmail it works, though.
What can I do to solve the issue?
