I'm trying to set up mail in outlook 2013 using pop3 and incoming looks good, but the outgoing server is set up based on your instructions...and I am getting an error - can't send a test message - can't connect to outgoing smtp email server.
Pop is enabled per your tutorial instructions in my zoho mail account.
