Outlook 2016 cant receive/send email | error 3253
Dear sir / maddam,
One of our employees updated to outlook 2016 and can't receive or
send email. It looks like outlook can't establish a connection to
Zoho. I've tried to delete accounts and add them afterwards but this
didn't had any effect.
He already posted something onto this form but it's still waiting
for approval.
The account experiencing this is: p [dot] ars {at} bigbrands (dot) nl
and the error code is 3253.
Before I instruct him to reinstall his previous version, could anyone
confirm there's a problem when trying to connect with outlook 2016?
