I appreciate that ZOHO supports EAS for Mobile Devices (on iOS) and that you also support POP/IMAP for Outlook, however, if using Outlook 2016, I would prefer to use the EAS, especially as you already support it on mobile devices.
I have set up my outlook as both IMAP and EAS to see which works and I've noticed that my SUB FOLDERS do not sync with EAS.
Inbox and Sent items work well, but sub folders don't. Is this a simple setting issue or something else?
