Outlook 2016 hung at "Synchronizing subscribed folders...
It's just been sitting here trying to sync, I went online to the webmail and saw I had 2 messages that needed to be synced.
This has been constantly going on for the past few days, it seemed to fix itself earlier in the week but it's back now.

Seems to stop at IP 129.250.199.134 after that it just goes to timed out state.
