Hello,

I have the zoho enterprise edition trial running and succesully activated imap link to my hosted exchange outlook 365.

Do i still need to add the outlook desktop plug in . If yes how to configure .

I want to continue using outlook desktop for my email, agenda and tasks but want it automatically syncronised with zoho crm .
