Our company provides civil engineering services. Each project has a 5-digit project number followed by a 3-digit phase number and a 2-digit department number (i.e. XXXXX-XXX-XX). We are in need of a program that would make it mandatory for our employees to include this 10-digit number in all e-mail subject lines. We would also like this to be an application for those of our employees who use their smartphones to send company e-mail. Our company uses Outlook Exchange 2010 and most of our phones are Droid platforms with a couple of iPhones.
