Outlook and Other Email
Outlook and Other Email
When I speak with a customer, they will often reference an email that they sent or I sent, or someone else sent about a matter relating to the customer. I do not want to have to leave Zoho to search Outlook looking for that email. My question is whether Zoho can link emails to the appropriate sender's record automatically? How does Zoho make sure all of the related email appears in the contact record? Thanks.
