Outlook and Zoho Sent file not syncing

I am running office 365 and have it linked through Zoho CRM.  Everything seems to work but if I send emails out of outlook they don't end up in Zoho and vice versa if I send out of Zoho that is the only record and its not in outlook.  Tech support stated it may be my ISP or outlook provider and we did some in depth tracking of emails and it appears its just because of the POP format.  IMAP doesn't support the emails within CRM which is why we switched to Zoho in the first place.  

Any way to get these to sync and also is there any way to make the email real time vs 3 min fetch process?
