I am using Outlook 2013 with IMAP at work interface with my Zoho mail.  At home I use Zoho webmail access.

     Today I discovered my Outlook folder list is different than the one I see in Zoho.  It looks like several folder renames/moves and email moves were never properly synced on the Zoho server.

   How can I force a sync from Outlook down to Zoho?  I now have a significant number of emails missing from Zoho webmail, so I must assume they only exist on the hard drive for Outlook to access...  

    Any idea on how I can avoid having this happen again?
