OUTLOOK CALENDAR SYNC - ERROR INSTALL SHIELD ENGINE (iKernel.exe) could not be installed

The Zoho Calendar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook is already installed but when trying to sign-in appears the following error:  
Install Shield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed
