I am looking for a better way to move my calendar entries to ZohoBooks-Timesheets.

We do consultant work for clients all over So.Texas and currently We have Projects setup for each client and as work gets done during the week we enter the work details into Timesheets, then at the end of the week we run an invoice from Projects.

I like using a Calendar to see my workload, Outlook to be exact. So, I enter my appointments in Outlook ahead of time, then during the visit I'll fill in the details of the work performed.

Sometime afterwards, I need to go to my calendar, open each entry and copy/paste the details in Timesheet (log time/pick project/set date and duration, etc).

I would like to find a way to sync this. It doesn't have to be Outlook, any calendar that can run on my phone and pc.

My understanding is that not even ZohoCalendar syncs with ZohoBooks-Timesheet.

Any ideas would be appreciated
