HI Please help my diagnose:

Calender syncs, but creates a SEPERATE calender in outlook, I had synced my outlook calender with zoho last year and it didnt do this that time, but this time at it seems ot have created a new calender called ' ZOHO CRM Calender"

Timezones are out, I cant seem to find where to fix this, I am in in SA and it uses something called "co ordinated timezone" ..but its a few hours out.
