Outlook can't sync to Zoho IMAP server

Yesterday Outlook started not being able to connect to the Zoho IMAP server. No settings were changed in Outlook.
The error is:
"Task 'Synchronizing subscribe folders for j**@*******.net reported error (0x800CCC0E): 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for j**@*******.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your system administrator or ISP.

All my other email accounts are syncing just fine. Is there a problem with the Zoho IMAP server?
