outlook: connection to smtp server has failed

outlook:The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'imap.zoho.com', Server: 'smtp.zoho.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

i'm sure i did everything as written in help, and did it more than once!
anyone help?
