Outlook continously prompts password

Outlook continously prompts password

Hi all.

I have created 4 users in zoho, 3 of which have no problem at all configuring the email address to work with Outlook. However, one of the users experiences a continuously prompt of password in Outlook.

This behavior did not showed up when it was first configured with Outlook. Everything was normal, and the prompt started appearing out of nowhere some time after. More, if i go to zoho control panel - users details - mail accounts, I can see "deactivated exit" (maybe not exactly written like that since it shows in another language). Basically, it's the first option on top, left column. Light is red indicating as deactivated, and if I try to activate a message pops up: "Operation allowed only to payed users" (again, some words might be lost in translation).

I tried super-user credentials, still doesn't work. The 3 other users have this option activated, and I recon this might be the problem. I have no clue of what that pop up message actually means, and can't find anything on the help articles (some updating needed there, maybe?) If anyone can help, would be much appreciated. Thank you!
