Outlook CRM plugin not signing in
Hi there
Every time she attempts to sign in it creates a new Auth Token. I have tried clearing these tokens but it has no effect.
I have also checked the Application Add-ins in Outlook to make sure that the Zoho CRM Plugin is not disabled.
The plugin works fine for me and we have the same setup. The only thing I can think of is that I have Zoho administrative privileges (including access to the add-in marketplace within the CRM) and she does not. Can you please assist?
