Dear Zoho,

 

I am trying to export two previous mail accounts from Outlook Custom Domains to Zoho, and migrating just my mail and folders over. Currently, GoDaddy hosts both Outlook and Zoho mail servers, and they are both active in my MX and CNAME records.

 

I keep receiving this error when trying to add source username and source password:

Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password.

 

I have tried to setup the Migration Wizard to export using IMAP (imap-mail.outlook.com) and POP3 (pop-mail.outlook.com and pop3.live.com) and both don’t seem to work. I have added my user accounts under User Details including both accounts ( firstname.lastname@domain.com) as admins.

 

The source usernames and passwords are the same email addresses as above ( firstname.lastname@domain.com) and the passwords are the passwords that are used to login to the Outlook.com domains.

 

Please let me know how you recommend migrating over to Zoho Mail from Outlook. Thank you so much.
